The Earth Is Our Medicine
There’s nothing as calming as stepping out into nature.
Have you noticed how good you feel after going for a walk in nature? How relaxed and rejuvenated you feel when strolling near a waterfall, pottering in the garden, walking barefoot on the beach, sitting on the grass, or even being in the middle of a thunderstorm.
All these have one common theme, it’s Mother Nature reaching out to you and filling your lungs with negative ions and asking you to stop and connect with her.
There’s something about connecting with the Earth that harmonises our internal rhythms.
Mother Earth has always been the one certain that has nurtured, calmed and recentered me.
So, it’s not surprising when we connect with nature, our energetic frequency begins to oscillate the same frequency as Earth.
We attune to her heartbeat, her breath and she holds us.
Our modern world has encouraged us to become increasingly disconnected from nature. We live indoors, wear shoes that create a barrier between us and Earth, we work in offices and are surrounded by constant distractions, most of us live in a permanent state of hyper-stimulation and generally have a distinct lack of connection with nature.
Because of this, we’re inundated with electromagnetic frequencies (EMF) from the thousands of appliances that surround us. About 15 years ago I became aware of the healing benefits of Himalayan Crystal Salt for this exact reason and to this day still continue to surround myself and my home with it.
Without being connected to the Earth, we become out of alignment with our true selves.
It becomes difficult for us to release the energies we’ve absorbed and we become overwhelmed and drained.
And I don’t just mean EMF, I also mean negative energies from those around us due to our overstimulation from the modern world.
We’re constantly switched on and plugged into everything that everyone is doing, not to mention the million things that we’re doing too.
This creates stress and anxiety in our Nervous System.
Over time, it takes its toll on our mental and physical health.
Without a connection with the Earth, we don’t receive that incredible sense of calm and well-being that is natural to us.
So take the time and stop and recognise how connecting with Mother Nature and the Earth literally brings you back to life.

Mother Earth has nurtured us for Centuries, so it's about time we worked collectively to energise and rejuvenate her too?
If this pandemic has taught us anything, it’s that it’s time to co-create and collaborate with each other and commune with nature to rebuild a sustainable world for our future.
Just as we need to feel the emotions and energy within our body, we also need to connect and feel the emotions and energy within her land too.
While you expand your field, allow your energy to run deep into Gaia, consciously connecting with the land you stand on. Simultaneously feel the flow of the torus field that flows between you and the Earth.
Embrace the full, rich energy field of the Earth.
Too many of us get stuck in the story behind the emotion and cycle around in that story and the 3D explanation, when what we should actually be doing is feeling the response our body is signalling to us.
Tap into that emotion of the energy and see where it takes you.
The elders of this land do just that when they embrace her energy and commune and dance on her soil.

OUR SOUL IS OUR GATEWAY TO HELP US CONNECT
The reason we have a soul in our body is to allow a gateway to the multiverse to help us create the changes this planet is asking of us.
The energy in our bodies consists of the energy from our Authentic Soul, the Earth and Source Energy.
When we’re grounded, our soul is anchored to our physical body and the Earth, allowing us to feel centred and balanced no matter what is going on around us.
This means we’re able to be fully conscious, and present in the moment, and can bring the energetic powers of our soul’s origin to Earth.
With this capacity, our soul can move along our current, past and future timelines in union with our Nervous System and speak to us through our body.
This true liberation is the meeting of ourselves and accepting what has been.
Plus pure freedom to experience all our sensations as we choose a higher possibility of soul.
So if we’re being true to our soul and to our time on Earth, it’s our duty to listen and take action when we get those spiritual body hits.
SIMPLE GROUNDING TECHNIQUES TO HEAL THIS WORLD
We don’t have to be energy healers to send healing energy to Mother Earth, we all have this ability.
Take a few moments every day to sit on the ground (even if you aren’t able to sit on the Earth).
Touch the ground with both hands, close your eyes and feel that your loving touch is healing her many scars and wounds that we as a species have inflicted on her.
Grounding is a wonderful exercise to connect every day with Mother Earth. It’s great to do it in the morning, before you start your day, or anytime in between when you are feeling stressed or frazzled.
This helps you in many ways as you feel more centred and calm.
Visualise roots expanding and going down from the sole of your feet, deep into the womb of Mother Earth. You can do this whenever you want to calm your wandering mind. The stable energy of Mother Earth will keep you focused.
Every day we are bombarded with energies that physically debilitate us both mentally and spiritually. By consciously connecting with the Earth’s core, we can rid ourselves of these dense energies and draw the clean and strong energy of Mother Earth through. You can do this through visualisation or spending time in nature.
Spending time in nature is a joyous way of connecting with the spirit of Mother Earth.
Nowadays, even if you cannot step out of your home, just visualising yourself in nature is a powerful exercise.
Imagine feeling the wind blowing through your hair or smelling the rain drenching the Earth or even listening to nature sounds like the sound of the waves crashing, or birds chirping, or the sound of a waterfall.
Nature is sentient, the energy that flows through the wind or makes a flower bloom is the same energy that gives us life.
Connecting with it elevates our vibration.
