Himalayan Crystal Salt has helped me heal my body.

This is how it all started ..

During the winter months of 2005 I felt my Asthma had pretty much taken over my life and I would be dependent on medication forever.  I was using Ventolin - 6 to 8 times a day, Seretide - morning and night, Prednisone - on average every 3 months, and it was becoming more common than not,  for me to be stuck in bed with a Chest Infection during winter or in hospital with Pneumonia. 

As if that wasn’t enough, my Internal Organs had also been causing me havoc since July 2002, when I started on a Low Carb Diet. 

I had joined a gym to lose those extra kilos after childbirth and soon discovered it was my diet that needed to be completely changed. 

Lowering my Carbs and increasing my exercise certainly worked, but over the next few months, my internal organs were not functioning the way they should and I became completely dependent on Nulax (a fruit laxative) twice a day.

Then in October 2005 I started my research to help heal my lungs.  I came across the Lamps and was drawn to the sheer beauty of a Crystal that was illuminated from the inside. 

The more research I did, the more I was amazed…  They were stating “55% of Asthma sufferers and 62.9% of Hay fever sufferers no longer suffered any ailments within 6 months use of Crystal Salt Lamps”.

I started to wonder if it could really be that simple, so I decided what the heck, if it doesn’t work we’ll all have a beautiful Crystal Salt Lamp in our room. 

I bought 2 that week and ordered 4 more for my 4 children’s rooms and a larger one for my family room.  Four days later when I picked up the other lamps, I had already noticed I was only using my Ventolin 4 times a day. 

Well to my surprise, one week later I wasn’t using Ventolin any more. 

Woo hoo...  I was so excited and continued to learn more about this Salt and started taking 5mls of Brine (Salt & Water) a day  to help flush out the toxins from the inside, and within one month I had reduced the laxative to only once a day and by six weeks I had completely stopped needing to use any laxatives at all. 

I soon discovered how fantastic the Bath Crystals & Salts were too.  Just like the Brine was flushing the toxins out of my body, the Salt Baths were drawing the toxins out of my body.

In November 2006 I underwent a huge range of blood tests and x-rays, to see if I was as good on the inside as I felt.  I can proudly say the results came back just as I had hoped, all blood results in the ranges required, and the x-rays show a completely clear chest. 

But the comment my Doctor made will stay with me for quite some time. He said “I think the proof is in the fact that I used to see you every couple of weeks, and now I haven’t seen you for 14 months”.  

In 2010 I underwent an extensive range of blood tests again still every test came back in the ranges required. 

I have truly found a product that gives my body everything that it requires.
